BRIEF PROFILE OF ERNEST BEYUO AAYEL
Ernest holds MPhil Degree in Development Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Development Studies and Certificate on Empowerment and Development from the University of Applied Science, Dusseldorf, Germany. With over 20 years’ experience as a development practitioner and consultant in various fields, Ernest previously served as Policy Advocacy Specialist for Technoserve on the Feed the Future Agriculture Development and Value Chain Enhancement (ADVANCE) project for two (2) years. He also previously worked for CARE International, TRAX Ghana and a short-term consultant and trainer under the BUSAC Fund program. He has a track record of providing various consultancy services for several organizations in Ghana.
MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARNING OFFICER

HAMZA IDDRISU
Hamza Iddrisu, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer (MEAL Officer),
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with Economics from the University for
Development Studies and he is currently pursuing an MPhil in Agricultural
Economics from the same institution. He is driven by a strong passion in the
field of Monitoring and Evaluation and he believes in evidence-based
decision-making as the cornerstone of high quality project implementation. With
four years of experience in field data collection, transcription, and
Monitoring and Evaluation activities, he has contributed to about eight NGOs, including
notable projects like Feed the Future Ghana Market Systems and resilience and
VectorLink Project etc.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

AFELIK AWONLIE JENNIFER
Jennifer Awonlie Afelik is a graduate of the University of Education with 3 years working experience as Finance and Administration Officer. She currently works as the Finance and Administration Officer for EBNA Royal Consult Limited with responsibility for overseeing all financial and administrative issues, and ensuring seamless operations and compliance. Jennifer is a good team player who is passionate about continuous learning and exploring new ideas to drive growth and improvement in the organization. Jennifer has a soft spot for children and a dedication to making a positive impact in communities.
